{"id":328,"date":"2024-10-09T08:10:20","date_gmt":"2024-10-09T08:10:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/water4all.ro\/watergreentreat\/?page_id=328"},"modified":"2024-10-29T08:24:01","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T08:24:01","slug":"rezumat","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/water4all.ro\/watergreentreat\/index.php\/ro\/rezumat\/","title":{"rendered":"Rezumat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"background-color:#d5f2c7\"><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-cyan-color\">Scopul <\/mark><\/em> acestei propuneri const\u0103 \u00een ob\u021binerea de fotocatalizatori macroporo\u0219i baza\u021bi pe compozite de oxizi metalici ecogenici (ecoMO) (ZnO\/CuO) prin tehnica de robocasting, dar \u0219i \u00een evaluarea efectului sinergic indus de prezen\u021ba microalgelor \u00een eliminarea poluan\u021bilor specifici pentru tratarea apelor uzate \u0219i utilizarea apei regenerate \u00een agricultur\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-01c985d6ce36c14ba4b2e3d1f9f52b15\" style=\"background-color:#f2f9ec\"><strong>  <em> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-cyan-color\">Obiectivele principale<\/mark><\/em> ale proiectului sunt urm\u0103toarele: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-a3a26fd9ed4f832092a4bf34c8de7102\" style=\"background-color:#f2f9ec\"><strong>(i) <\/strong>sinteza ecologic\u0103 a fotocatalizatorilor pe baz\u0103 de nanoparticule (NP) de oxizi metalici                  (ZnO, CuO),<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-94137af02c2b4c13563db558e3d6e20e\" style=\"background-color:#f2f9ec\"><strong>(ii)<\/strong> imprimarea 3D a structurilor bazate pe oxizi metalici ecogenici prin tehnica robocasting, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-499a142faf622b4ec165fa6ffbdf3c84\" style=\"background-color:#f2f9ec\"><strong>(iii) <\/strong>utilizarea structurilor fotocatalitice 3D ob\u021binute pe baz\u0103 de NP de oxizi metalici pentru<br>eliminarea contaminan\u021bilor, precum antibioticele sau coloran\u021bii, din apele uzate generate de industria farmaceutic\u0103\/textil\u0103,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-237cd03650f9655b0326bb39cb0f8313\" style=\"background-color:#f2f9ec\"><strong>(iv) <\/strong>teste ecotoxicologice in vivo pentru determinarea toxicit\u0103\u021bii de baz\u0103 a apelor uzate sintetice\/reale, \u00eenainte \u0219i dup\u0103 tratare, pe plante de laborator\/ser\u0103, precum \u0219i teste pe organisme vii: A. fischeri, Daphnia, test de toxicitate embrionar\u0103  zebrafish (ZETA),  toxicitate acut\u0103 pe ou\u0103 de pe\u0219te-zebr\u0103<strong>;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-da6f249b0418abbc9ba204051a0aaa25\" style=\"background-color:#f2f9ec\"><strong> (v)  <\/strong>utilizarea microalgelor pentru reducerea speciilor poluante generate \u00een timpul procesului de fotocataliz\u0103, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-d3d1e1c5de05584d18d84cce05ffe615\" style=\"background-color:#f2f9ec\"><strong>(vi)<\/strong> evaluarea efectului sinergic indus de structurile fotocatalitice 3D \u0219i microalge la nivel de laborator\/semi-industrial\/ser\u0103 asupra apelor uzate sintetice (prin ad\u0103ugarea de medicamente\/coloran\u021bi) \u0219i asupra apelor uzate reale (din sta\u021biile de epurare).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scopul acestei propuneri const\u0103 \u00een ob\u021binerea de fotocatalizatori macroporo\u0219i baza\u021bi pe compozite de oxizi metalici ecogenici (ecoMO) (ZnO\/CuO) prin tehnica de robocasting, dar \u0219i \u00een evaluarea efectului sinergic indus de prezen\u021ba microalgelor \u00een eliminarea poluan\u021bilor specifici pentru tratarea apelor uzate \u0219i utilizarea apei regenerate \u00een agricultur\u0103.
