{"id":49,"date":"2024-06-19T08:17:57","date_gmt":"2024-06-19T08:17:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/water4all.ro\/watergreentreat\/?page_id=49"},"modified":"2024-10-16T08:24:00","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T08:24:00","slug":"obiective","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/water4all.ro\/watergreentreat\/index.php\/ro\/obiective\/","title":{"rendered":"Obiective"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-02d30356c70c46f957a0f977c9a39c28\" style=\"background-color:#0c412e\"><strong> 1)<\/strong> <strong>Fitosinteza \u0219i caracterizarea oxizilor metalici, nanoparticulelor metalice (NPs) \u0219i a compozitelor  acestora.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-780a35374b0460a3cec11aba0c391fe0\" style=\"background-color:#376755\"><strong>2)<\/strong> <strong>Utilizarea ecoMO pentru tratarea, \u00een laborator, a diverselor ape uzate sintetice (care con\u021bin coloran\u021bi organici, medicamente etc.).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f12a71bf4d3144ea791c09883ad8a424\" style=\"background-color:#3e8c71\"><strong>3) Investiga\u021bii biologice in vitro [evaluarea citotoxicit\u0103\u021bii prin teste acute \u0219i cronice cu Aliivibrio fischeri (ISO 11348), teste acute cu alge (OECD 201) \u0219i Daphnia (OECD 202), precum \u0219i teste de toxicitate asupra embrionilor de pe\u0219ti zebr\u0103 (OECD 236)]; \u0219i testarea impactului bio asupra mediilor terestre \u0219i acvatice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f83b31a8f7966845d4da4b84af01e415\" style=\"background-color:#18a471\"><strong>4)  Apele uzate sintetice\/reale (\u00eenainte \u0219i dup\u0103 tratamentul cu fotocatalizatori roboca\u0219ta\u021bi pe baz\u0103 de compozite ecoMO) vor fi testate astfel: (i) in vivo pe plante cultivate \u00een ser\u0103 (sta\u021biune de cercetare didactic\u0103 \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103); (ii) in vitro pe Aliivibrio fischeri pentru citotoxicitate acut\u0103 (conform standardului ISO 11348) \u0219i pentru toxicitate cronic\u0103 \u00eentr-un test adaptat pentru pl\u0103ci microtitru; teste acute cu Daphnia; \u0219i m\u0103surarea toxicit\u0103\u021bii acute pe ou\u0103le de pe\u0219ti zebr\u0103 pentru calificarea apelor uzate (ISO 15088).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-light-green-cyan-to-vivid-green-cyan-gradient-background has-background has-medium-font-size\"><strong>5)  Evaluarea eficien\u021bei detoxific\u0103rii diferitelor mostre de compozite pe baz\u0103 de nanoparticule de oxizi metalici ecologici (ecoMO) \u0219i a fotocatalizatorilor roboca\u0219ta\u021bi, prin cultura de microalge \u00eentr-un mediu de ape uzate tratate, dar \u0219i evaluarea efectului sinergic indus de prezen\u021ba microalgelor asupra  compozitelor ecologice de nanoparticule de oxizi metalici sau asupra fotocatalizatorilor roboca\u0219ta\u021bi pe baz\u0103 de compozite ecoMO pentru eliminarea anumitor poluan\u021bi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"background:linear-gradient(135deg,rgb(122,220,180) 0%,rgb(54,213,57) 56%,rgb(0,208,130) 100%)\"><strong>       Conform cuno\u0219tin\u021belor noastre, nu exist\u0103 rapoarte privind fotocatalizatorii roboca\u0219ta\u021bi<br>pe baz\u0103 de compozite ecoMO (ZnO\/CuO). \u00cen cadrul economiei circulare, este necesar\u0103 identificarea \u0219i dezvoltarea de tehnologii eficiente pentru tratarea apelor reziduale generate de industria farmaceutic\u0103, textil\u0103 etc., pentru a putea utiliza apa recuperat\u0103 \u00een agricultur\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"background:linear-gradient(135deg,rgb(122,220,180) 0%,rgb(54,213,57) 56%,rgb(0,208,130) 100%)\"><strong>Eliminarea compu\u0219ilor activi farmaceutic (PhACs) \u0219i a coloran\u021bilor din apa generat\u0103 de<br>industria farmaceutic\u0103 \u0219i textil\u0103 este vital\u0103 pentru utilizarea apei recuperate \u00een alte domenii, cum ar fi agricultura. Astfel, apa recuperat\u0103 ob\u021binut\u0103 prin efectul sinergic indus de structurile fotocatalitice imprimate 3D \u0219i microalge poate fi utilizat\u0103 \u00een activit\u0103\u021bile agricole.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"background:linear-gradient(135deg,rgb(122,220,180) 0%,rgb(54,213,57) 56%,rgb(0,208,130) 100%)\"><strong>Mai mult, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere faptul c\u0103 perioadele cu temperaturi ridicate sunt \u00een<br>cre\u0219tere, ceea ce duce la sc\u0103derea debitului de ap\u0103 de suprafa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i, implicit, influen\u021beaz\u0103 debitul apelor subterane de mic\u0103 ad\u00e2ncime, popula\u021bia ar putea fi nevoit\u0103 s\u0103 reduc\u0103 irigarea culturilor.
